Electrical Engineer

Position Summary As an Electrical Engineer at Mashgin, you will be a primary driver of our hardware evolution. You will be expected to pivot quickly as project requirements evolve, tackling complex technical hurdles with a sense of urgency and a "fail fast, learn faster" mentality. While your technical chops in hardware design are paramount, your success will be defined by your ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality engineering solutions under aggressive timelines. This role demands a high degree of "vocal engineering". We are looking for a candidate who will frequently wear a Program Manager hat, is comfortable speaking up, and can effectively communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders, create timelines and milestones, drive those timelines and milestones.
