Your day-to-day activities as an Embedded Software Engineer II involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate embedded software systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing embedded software applications using C and other programming languages


• Customizing kernel and device drivers to meet specific system requirements


• Developing and integrating board support packages (BSPs) for various hardware platforms, including Xilinx


• Collaborating with hardware engineers to bring up new boards and integrate sensors and other peripherals


• Debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues using various tools and techniques


• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of the overall software development process


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our products and processes.
