Your day-to-day responsibilities as an Engineer, MSAT, include:
- Monitoring and troubleshooting commercial manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Implementing and validating process improvements and changes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and safety
- Supporting investigations and corrective/preventive actions, applying your expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Developing and maintaining process documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with Quality Assurance to ensure seamless integration of process improvements and changes
- Participating in recruiting and training activities, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with our manufacturing and quality teams, reporting to the Senior Manager, MSAT, and contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
