You are responsible for leading the technical development of our AI Conversation Platform, overseeing a team of talented engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing the technical vision for our AI Conversation Platform, aligning with Stripe's overall strategy and goals

  • Leading and managing a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and growth

  • Collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers to design and implement AI and ML models that drive business outcomes
