You are responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of our operating systems, leveraging your expertise in OKRs to drive results and achieve our goals. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic plans to improve our plataformas, aligning with our company's mission and vision


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to deliver high-quality products and services


• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and develop their skills
