Conduct training needs assessments, develop training materials, and facilitate classroom as well as on-the-job coaching sessions to improve team performance. Build and enhance product knowledge, selling skills, customer service excellence, and grooming standards among beauty professionals. Monitor trainee progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide regular feedback and performance improvement recommendations. Collaborate with business and retail teams to support new product launches, drive capability development, and ensure consistent execution of training initiatives across locations.
