As a Facilities Specialist (Starship), your key responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining facilities systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency


• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure seamless facility operations


• Implementing and managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to track and analyze facility performance and maintenance activities


• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards


• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation


• Collaborating with vendors and contractors to procure and manage facility-related services and materials


• Analyzing and reporting on facility performance metrics, including energy consumption, water usage, and waste management.
