ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Finance Intern to support our finance team with day-to-day operations. You'll assist in preparing and maintaining MIS reports, support ad-hoc finance requests, and help with reconciliation of accounts and transactions. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in core finance functions while working closely with the finance team on various operational and reporting tasks. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to learn are essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting & MIS - MIS Reports — Assist in preparing and maintaining MIS reports on a regular basis. - Ad-hoc Requests — Support ad-hoc finance requests and reporting tasks as they come up. Accounting & Operations - Reconciliation — Help with reconciliation of accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy. - Day-to-Day Operations — Support the finance team across routine operational tasks. MUST-HAVE - A completed graduate degree in any discipline. - Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Proficiency in MS Excel. - A willingness to learn and take on new tasks. GOOD TO HAVE - A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - Exposure to MIS reporting or account reconciliation through coursework, projects, or prior internships.
