Finance Manager, Revenue Recognition

Assesses contract amendments to draw proper ASC 606 conclusions and determines Day 2 revenue adjustments. Engage in discussions with Deal Desk to gather deal specific information and business context required to effectively complete contract reviews and amendment assessments. Reviews peer work product for completeness and accuracy once proficiency of product and services knowledge is attained. Perform month end close revenue tasks independently. Identify deal trends to raise for leadership consideration. Embody our culture and values Master's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 1+ year(s) accounting or finance experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 2+ years accounting or finance experience OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 3+ years accounting or finance experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 5+ years accounting or finance experience OR equivalent experience. Professional accounting certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent. Experience in the technology or software industry and/or with multinationals with multi-product and segment finance roles. ASC 606 experience/practical application. Solid communication and problem-solving skills to navigate business scenarios. Critical thinking, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, tenacity to find answers and reach conclusions, and operational excellence. Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
