In this role, you will own our internal financial operations, serving as the core bridge between our employees, management, and our external outsourced finance firm.This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, loves building operational order, and wants to grow alongside the company as we scale our financial infrastructure.What You’ll DoPayroll & Pensions: Own the internal monthly payroll process (attendance/hours, updates, commissions, and benefits) and work closely with our external payroll providers and insurance brokers to ensure accurate and timely salary and pension payments.Vendor & Invoice Management: Manage accounts payable – review, approve, and process vendor invoices, manage credit cards, and handle employee expense reimbursements.Interface with External Finance Firm: Serve as the primary internal focal point for our outsourced finance firm. Provide them with all necessary financial documentation, receipts, and data for monthly and quarterly closing processes.Billing & Collections: Oversee accounts receivable – monitor client billing, issue invoices, and follow up on collections.Cash Flow & Administrative Support: Assist in monitoring the company’s cash flow, cross checking budgets, and implementing automated financial and expense management tools.
