As a Floor Lead (Retail) (Part-time), your key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing sales data and KPI dashboards to inform business decisions and drive sales growth


• Developing and implementing customer satisfaction strategies to improve NPS and customer retention


• Sourcing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity


• Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
