Your day-to-day activities as a Forward Deployed Engineer include:

• Designing and implementing distributed systems and solutions architecture for customers, leveraging open source software and machine learning capabilities


• Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored support, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance


• Developing and maintaining deep technical relationships with customers, providing guidance and expertise on distributed systems, AI, and machine learning


• Working closely with the sales and product teams to identify new opportunities and develop strategic solutions, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions and services


• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, sharing your expertise and experience to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration


• Participating in the development of internal tools and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our operations and services. You are reporting to the Engineering Manager, working closely with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive success.
