As a Founding Product Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to drive product development and launch


• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the US healthcare market, with a focus on dynamic systems and new business development


• Leading and managing a team of product managers and working closely with employer subject-matter experts to ensure product excellence and industry expertise


• Utilizing Act-On and other tools to drive product growth and customer engagement


• Working closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, and ensuring that products meet customer needs and expectations
