As a Fullstack Engineer - Banking Operations at Scalable, you are joining the Client Technology Tribe as part of the newly created Banking Operations team, empowering our Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), and Fraud Operations functions by building the tools and workflows they rely on daily. Your key responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable and efficient software systems using TypeScript, NestJS, and Next.js, designing and implementing experimentation frameworks to drive data-driven decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate fraud risks, building and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency, working closely with the KYC and AFC teams to develop tailored solutions, participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of the overall code quality, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our banking operations. You are working closely with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and operations specialists, reporting to the Head of Banking Operations, and are expected to bring strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to the table.
