As our first General Counsel, you will own all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters and act as a core partner to the leadership team.This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You will build the legal function from the ground up while directly enabling revenue growth, managing risk, and supporting global expansion.Your day to day will look like:Commercial & ProductLead all customer, partner, and channel agreements, with a focus on the North America marketBuild scalable contract frameworks to accelerate deal velocityPartner with product and R&D on compliance, data usage, and AI-based systemsEnsure alignment between product, regulatory requirements, and market needsRegulatory & GovernmentNavigate regulations across mobility, smart infrastructure, privacy, and AIEngage directly with regulators and public sector stakeholdersLegal Infrastructure, IP & OperationsBuild and scale the legal function from the ground upEstablish processes, policies, and legal infrastructureLead all matters related to intellectual property, including patents and IP strategySupport manufacturing compliance and lead legal aspects of supplier and vendor negotiations
