Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining our CRM system, utilizing Act-On and other marketing automation tools to drive engagement and conversion

  • Analyzing data and market trends to inform marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance

  • Collaborating with our marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to personalize customer experiences

  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity

  • Working closely with our sales team to provide operational support and ensure seamless customer onboarding

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition

  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing business decisions and driving growth. You will be working closely with our operations team, reporting to a senior operations manager, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
