Your day-to-day activities involve creating and executing high-performing creative assets, turning ideas into hundreds of visuals that drive measurable results. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, growth, brand, and product, to ensure creative assets are effective and on-brand
- Designing and optimizing visual elements, such as graphics, animations, and videos, using tools like After Effects and Figma
- Analyzing market data and trends to inform design decisions and optimize campaign performance
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
- Working closely with the growth team to develop and refine the company's equity story and value proposition
