We're looking for a Growth Designer to develop the visuals behind how Kalshi reaches and acquires users. You'll create and execute high-performing creative across paid marketing, lifecycle, social, partnerships, and growth initiatives. This role is focused on execution, iteration, and performance, turning ideas into hundreds of assets that drive measurable results. You'll work closely with marketing, growth, brand, and product teams to develop creative that is both effective and on-brand.
