Head of Engineering

Zania AI is looking for a Head of Engineering to own engineering end-to-end — architecture, hiring, shipping, culture. This is a hands-on technical leader role, not a "manage managers" position. We want a founder-type who codes better than anyone on the team but chose leadership as the best way to scale themselves. You'll take the team from ~5 to 20+ engineers, ship production AI agents for enterprise GRC, and build a world-class engineering org from the ground up.
