We're looking for a Head of Product Design to define and build the design discipline at LP. You'll set the vision, establish the standards, and lead a talented team creating experiences that agents genuinely love. Your work will show up directly in retention metrics, weekly active users, and the reputation LP holds in its market. This is not a steady-state role.
