What we’re looking for We’re looking for a strategically minded, hands-on Head of Video to build and lead Insider One’s global video function. You will own video end-to-end, turning ambiguous business needs into clear creative ideas, then leading the script, storyboard, production, animation, post-production, and final delivery. The work will span flagship event films, product launches, executive and founder communications, customer stories, social media content, product videos, and campaign assets. This is a rare role for someone who combines exceptional storytelling and craft with operational rigor. You will work directly with internal customers, including our founders and senior leaders, manage a dedicated in-house Motion Designer, maintain our video design system, and build a trusted global network of specialist freelancers across live action, 3D, VFX, sound, music, voiceover, color, and post-production.
