We’re looking for technicians who: Have 3+ years of experience Know electromechanical parts and assemblies Can troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies Can read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, with great attention to detail The specific pay differentials are: Weekday second shift (Monday-Friday, 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.): 10% Weekday third shift (Monday–Friday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.): 15% Weekend first shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.): 15% Weekend second shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.): 30% What to bring: Updated resume that highlights your skills and experiences Closed-toe shoes Any questions you have about working at CFS, our roles, or the hiring process At the job fair, you’ll also be able to meet our employees face to face and to see inside our magnet factory to see what the fusion energy future looks like.
