Position Scope The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to the business that will translate business priorities into effective people strategies. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to executive team members and will provide guidance across organizational designs, talent planning, performance, engagement, leadership development and change management. The ideal candidate will combine strong business judgement, HR expertise, and a practical understanding of how technology companies scale and grow. This role is well-suited to someone who can move comfortably between strategic planning, day-to-day execution, tactical work, and moving with purpose in a fast-paced, changing environment.
