Your day-to-day activities as an Implementation Manager involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored implementation solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing implementation plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery


• Conducting needs assessments and workshops to understand client requirements and configure the Benchling platform accordingly


• Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the platform


• Managing project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues, and developing contingency plans
