Your day-to-day activities as an Implementation Officer (Delta) involve managing the installation and maintenance of PoS systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the implementation and maintenance of PoS systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime


• Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
