Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, applying cash, and investigating discrepancies, as outlined in the following key areas:
- Processing and reconciling customer payments, ensuring accurate and timely application of cash
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborating with the sales and customer success teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Analyzing and reporting on accounts receivable trends and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance
