As an Intern - Solutions Consultant, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing a deep understanding of DocuSign's products and services, including our e-signature and document management solutions


• Conducting needs assessments and providing customized solutions to customers, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to identify opportunities for growth and improvement


• Delivering presentations and product demonstrations to customers, utilizing your public speaking skills to effectively communicate the value of our solutions


• Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships, applying your knowledge of finance to drive revenue growth


• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
