Your day-to-day activities as an IT Operations Engineer at Skydio include managing and optimizing IT systems, ensuring high availability and scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities and skills required for this role include:

• Designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and comply with regulatory standards


• Managing and troubleshooting DNS, networking technologies, and other IT systems to ensure high uptime and performance


• Developing and maintaining documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures


• Collaborating with the security team to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures


• Participating in onboarding processes for new employees and systems, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal downtime


• Analyzing and resolving technical issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize IT operations
