• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft products and other software applications used in our manufacturing and logistics operations


• Collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure new employees have the necessary technical tools and training to perform their jobs effectively


• Managing and maintaining our manufacturing operations management systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity


• Developing and implementing technical documentation and training materials to support our teams


• Working closely with the logistics team to resolve technical issues and improve overall efficiency
