We operate in a hybrid work model that combines remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.What will you do?As an IT System Administrator, you will be a key member of our Corporate IT team, responsible for supporting employees across the organization in all aspects of IT.This role is primarily focused on day-to-day IT support, identity and access management, and automation of IT processes. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees, so a strong service-oriented mindset and people-first approach are critical.We are looking for someone who has experience in a modern SaaS-based IT environment and who is passionate about improving employee experience through efficient, scalable, and agentic IT operations.Responsibilities:Provide daily Corporate IT support to employees across the organizationOwn and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processesAdminister and maintain identity and access systemsManage and support Google Workspace administrationMigrate existing automation workflows into agentic-based IT processesBuild and improve agentic IT workflows to enhance employee experience and operational efficiencyOperate in an agentic IT environment, leveraging AI-driven tools and workflows to increase automation and reduce manual effort
