You'll work with modern cloud-based tools, identity providers, and automation platforms to improve internal processes, implement new technologies, and ensure our teams have everything they need to work efficiently.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working with a wide variety of systems, and taking ownership of IT operations in a fast-growing startup.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT support and resolve technical issues through the internal ticketing system.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user provisioning, access management, and device setup.Administer and maintain internal systems such as Google Workspace, identity providers (IDPs), and other SaaS applications.Configure new tools, connect systems, and implement integrations between internal platforms.Support the rollout and adoption of new technologies across the organization.Assist with automation and workflow improvements using integration platforms and internal tools.Manage hardware procurement, software licensing, and IT inventory.Work closely with employees and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless IT experience.
