Waabi is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our growing IT Operations team and provide hands-on technology support for our Sharpsburg, PA site while helping scale IT operations across all Waabi locations. This is a high-ownership, onsite role focused on ensuring employees have reliable, secure, and efficient technology experiences. You will support day-to-day IT operations, manage endpoint and identity systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and partner with teams across the organization to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working across multiple layers of IT — from supporting users and managing endpoints to maintaining office infrastructure and improving IT processes.
