Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and analyzing large datasets to inform commercial decisions, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, and working closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Key responsibilities and skills for this role include:

• Developing and maintaining SQL databases and data visualizations to support commercial decision-making


• Collaborating with our sales team to optimize sales performance and process, utilizing Salesforce and other sales enablement tools


• Designing and implementing REST APIs to integrate our systems and streamline data exchange


• Recruiting and managing external partners and vendors to support our commercial operations


• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation


• Working closely with our product team to inform product development and ensure alignment with commercial objectives


• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and process guides to support knowledge sharing and training. You are reporting to our Senior Commercial Operations Manager and working closely with our technical and commercial teams to drive success.
