You are managing daily store operations, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement, and analyzing data to optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing store-level plans to achieve sales and customer service goals


• Analyzing KPI dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business results


• Building and maintaining a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance management


• Collaborating with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts


• Utilizing emotional intelligence to foster a positive and inclusive store culture


• Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives


• Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and customer needs to provide exceptional customer experiences.
