You are responsible for providing expert legal counsel on commercial matters, developing and implementing compliance programs, and negotiating complex contracts. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue


• Providing strategic legal guidance on commercial transactions, including contracts, agreements, and partnerships


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements


• Analyzing and advising on the legal implications of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure


• Negotiating and drafting complex contracts, including licensing agreements and partnership agreements

• Managing and mentoring junior counsel and other team members to ensure seamless execution of commercial legal operations.
