As a Lead Product Manager, your day-to-day activities involve overseeing the development of our Data Sources platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of fraud detection, customer satisfaction, and infrastructure integrity. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing the product roadmap for Data Sources, aligning with Truv's overall business strategy

  • Collaborating with engineering teams to design, build, and deploy new features and enhancements, leveraging technologies such as OCR for document ingestion

  • Working closely with fraud prevention and detection teams to implement robust security measures

  • Analyzing customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions and drive growth

  • Building and maintaining relationships with external data providers and partners to expand our data network

  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
