As a Lead - Solution Engineer, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition of Freshworks' solutions


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and customer engagement


• Conducting thorough needs assessments and providing tailored solutions to mid-market customers, ensuring alignment with their business objectives


• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including RFP responses, solution briefs, and case studies, to support sales and marketing efforts


• Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, leveraging advocacy and pre-sales expertise to drive revenue growth
