Legal Counsel

Your mission We are looking for a talented and business oriented tech company experienced lawyer to join the Legal team at BlaBlaCar on a permanent contract starting as soon as possible. Their mission is to support the high speed growth of the marketplace and international expansion of the business. As a Legal Counsel, your role will be to provide support to our marketplace, bus and train business teams on multiple legal practice areas such as commercial contracts, e-commerce, consumer protection and competition law. You will be reporting to the Head of Legal and working with a team of approx. 10 people. Knowledge in EU and FR law is a must; Knowledge of a foreign law (such as laws from Spain, Mexico, Ukraine) is a strong asset. This position requires the capacity of working in a fast growing tech company, of developing a high level of understanding of how our product works and of creating close connections with operational teams. Having an appetite for project management is a must.
