We're a small team based in Israel and abroad, and we work hard, laugh a lot and care about each other.Who we're looking forYou're the person who notices that the coffee is running low, that someone's birthday is coming up and that the new hire's laptop hasn't arrived yet, and you fix all three before lunch. You're creative, independent and full of energy, and you'd rather build something from scratch than follow a playbook.This is a part-time role, with at least 3 days a week at our Tel Aviv office. There's room to grow with us, including the chance to join the HR team.What you'll doKeep the office runningOwn our office space: rentals, maintenance and planning for what we'll need nextManage equipment, supplies, vendors and budgetsWork with our IT provider so everyone has what they needTake care of our peopleRun onboarding and offboarding, so people start well and leave wellKeep shared calendars, vacations and holidays organizedSupport all our employees, in Israel and abroad, and be their go-to person for everyday needsMake it funOwn gifts, swag and company celebrationsOrganize and host company events in Israel, from team gatherings to larger special eventsCelebrate birthdays, Lumia-versaries and special occasions, and bring your own ideas
