Management - Sales Director - Public Sector

Define and drive go-to-market sales strategy and execution for the segment, aligning plans with customer priorities to deliver net-new revenue and sustainable growth. Lead and coach a team of sales professionals, setting clear expectations and building scalable go-to-market motions that drive consumption and growth. Champion customer value realization and trust — embedding responsible-AI and Secure Future Initiative principles into every engagement. Build and sustain a broad executive network, internally and with partners, to shape strategic account plans and influence long-term outcomes. Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture: hire and develop diverse talent, mentor your team, and prepare people for their next role. Own team performance, resourcing, and development — balancing business, financial, and people outcomes across the territory. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or a related field, and significant experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high-performing sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations — OR a Master's degree in a related field and solid experience in the same areas — OR equivalent experience. Several years experience leading teams and/or managers in a Sales organization Czech language proficiency required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or a related field, AND significant experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high-performing sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations — OR a Master's degree in a related field and extensive experience in the same areas — OR equivalent experience. Sales Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Czechia is Kč 3,332,000.00 - Kč 6,700,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
