Manager, Engineering - Consumer Products, Publishing & Fan Engagement Technology Engineering

Proven experience managing full-stack engineering teams, with a solid engineering background of your own. Experience standing up a team from a small starting point: hiring, onboarding, and setting technical direction at the same time. A product and strategy mindset. You can take broad guidance like "own, delegate, or defer" technology initiatives, and turn it into a sequence of decisions a team can actually execute. Real interest in AI, and in putting it to work building tools like this team's AI-assisted review and planning tools. Comfortable negotiating scope with multiple cross-functional partners. Much of this role involves shaping joint roadmaps and defining boundaries. Strong written and verbal communication.
