Manager, Outside Sales

About the Role: Finix is hiring a Manager of Outside Sales to build and lead our field sales team from the ground up. This leader will own the outside, in-person sales motion, going to events, door-to-door retail, and other in-person opportunities and build a team that drives new merchant acquisition in person. You'll have the opportunity to define the strategy, hire your team, and build the playbook, with meaningful autonomy to shape how field sales works at Finix. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who has built and run field/outside sales teams, understands the retail and restaurant merchant landscape, and is energized by a zero-to-one build.
