About the Team You will lead a team of 4 recruiters, each embedded in key areas of the business. The team spans the US and Czechia, so a Global mindset and ability to lead across multiple time zones is essential. This is a highly functioning group of individuals with a passion for finding the best talent for the leaders they support. Reporting to the Global Head of Recruiting, you will also partner closely with the other recruiting leaders to maintain a consistent leadership approach for the organization. You will coach and develop your team, foster a culture of accountability, and be the connective tissue between your team and the business. The Role We are seeking an experienced Manager to serve as the strategic talent leader supporting Product, Design, Engineering, Support, Security (PDESS), and G&A functions. You'll lead the full recruiting strategy for these organiz
