Kalshi operates markets around the clock, and our margin and risk operations need to match. We're looking for a Margin Operations team member to own overnight operations, serving as the primary risk monitor during non-standard hours when the rest of the team is offline. You'll be responsible for real-time margin surveillance, escalation decisions, and keeping the platform's risk posture sound through the overnight session. This role sits at the intersection of risk management and operational execution. You'll work closely with our clearing, compliance, and technology teams.
