Marketing Communications Specialist, Senior (Data Center)

Demo Engineering & Readiness Collaborate with compliance, legal, brand, and other internal teams to ensure on-site content and supporting assets adhere to applicable guidelines and approvals. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience. Work experience: 2+ years in engineering, program management, technical marketing, or marketing within the high-tech industry, including hands-on experience with AI Data Center solutions Baseline technical skills: familiarity with Windows and Linux; networking fundamentals (e.g., Wi-Fi, IP addressing); comfort working with logs and basic command-line tools (e.g., ADB/log capture); and basic scripting/automation skills (e.g., Bash or Python) to streamline setup and validation. Excellent program management, planning, and organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Effective relationship-building and influencing skills. Ability to work and lead in a highly collaborative team environment and build alignment/consensus across technical and non-technical teams. Self-starter, resourceful, and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment.
