As a Mechanical Engineer (Dragon), your key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing mechanical systems, including propulsion, life support, and thermal management systems, using CAD software and applying principles of physics and engineering


• Conducting failure analysis and testing to identify and mitigate potential risks and improve system reliability


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and test operations, to ensure seamless integration and operation of mechanical systems


• Developing and implementing data-driven approaches to optimize system performance and efficiency


• Creating and reviewing technical documentation, including design drawings, test reports, and procedures


• Participating in design reviews and contributing to the development of new technologies and innovations


• Working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that designs are producible and meet quality and reliability standards.
