As a Mechanical Engineer, your key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and developing new mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks and other CAD tools, with a focus on user experience and functionality

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software, electrical, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems

  • Developing and testing prototypes, using techniques such as metal fabrication and injection molding, to validate design concepts and iterate on improvements

  • Working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure design for manufacturability and assembly, and to develop strategies for scaling production

  • Conducting full-cycle product development, from concept to production, and owning the mechanical engineering aspects of the project

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our products and processes

  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, and contributing to the development of the mechanical engineering team.
