Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing secure infrastructure solutions, ensuring the security and compliance of Vapi's voice AI platform, and collaborating with the development team to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline. Key responsibilities and skills required for this role include:

• Designing and implementing secure architecture for Vapi's voice AI platform, leveraging expertise in VoIP and infrastructure security


• Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry regulations


• Developing and maintaining security protocols and procedures to protect against emerging threats


• Collaborating with the development team to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure secure coding practices


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve Vapi's security posture


• Working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of security solutions


• Participating in incident response and remediation efforts, applying expertise in security and compliance to resolve issues efficiently. As a member of the technical staff, you report to the Director of Engineering and work closely with the development, operations, and security teams to ensure the security and integrity of Vapi's platform.
