You are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Collaborating with the Science team to define and evaluate multilingual model behaviour, developing policies and guidelines for model evaluation and refinement


• Designing and implementing evaluation pipelines for complex tasks, leveraging your expertise in linguistics, quality assurance, and open source software


• Developing and maintaining large-scale datasets for model training and testing, ensuring that they are representative of diverse languages and cultures


• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and research, to integrate model behaviour into the overall product development process


• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, natural language processing, and model evaluation, applying this knowledge to continuously improve model behaviour


• Participating in the development of industry-leading research and publications, showcasing Mistral AI's expertise in multilingual model behaviour


• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth and development of the team, sharing your expertise and experience to elevate the team's capabilities.
