You are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Designing and developing NetSuite customizations, such as scripts, workflows, and integrations, using JavaScript, Workato, and SQL


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs


• Configuring and testing NetSuite modules, such as CRM, ERP, and e-commerce, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance


• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, using your attention to detail and analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions


• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, such as user manuals and guides, to support knowledge sharing and training


• Participating in agile development methodologies, such as sprints and retrospectives, to continuously improve processes and deliver high-quality results
